My practice
Polaris Counselling recognises the importance of how our values and beliefs significantly influence the direction of our lives. Our lived experiences influence our attitudes, behaviour and communication towards others. Through better understanding of ourselves and the issues we navigate on a daily basis, we increase our capacity for change.

My integrative counselling style is collaborative and empowering; drawing upon the strengths of my clients to facilitate change. I prioritise the comfort and safety of my clients to elicit positive and sustainable outcomes.

I am passionate about assisting people through a range of issues including relationships & communication, mental health, carer burnout and suicidology.
