My practice
My name is Grzegorz Zielinski. I'm a psychotherapist in private practice since 2003, working with individuals and couples. I practice Process Oriented Psychology (Process Work) in English and Polish, both face-to-face and online. My work centers on helping clients discover meaning within their experiences through a therapeutic relationship characterized by curiosity, support, and attention to present moment awareness. I perceive psychotherapy as an opportunity to explore experiences in a safe and supportive space. The therapeutic relationship, focus on present experience, and client feedback are key factors in my practice.
