About me

My practice
Life can be so tough, at times: Perhaps you don’t feel good about 'you', you struggle with life feeling relentlessly stressful, expensive, and anxiety-provoking, your relationship is in trouble, work is overwhelming and unsatisfying, your friendships feel insecure, you grieve for the decline or death of a close other (or beloved pet), you are diagnosed with a fear-evoking illness, your mental health is out of kilter and you don't know how to get back on track, or you may be feeling a 'deep down' loss of meaning and purpose in an increasingly unstable and uncertain world. Or something else; we all have a story.

Therapy can really help.

Whilst I have particular interest in grief and loss, trauma, existential concerns (incl. climate change and related anxieties), and emotional self-regulation, I am deeply interested in all aspects of the experience and suffering that clients and couples bring 'to the room'.

My work draws on multiple modalities, tailored to the needs of the clients I see.

Therapy can lead us to greater inner peace, improved relationships and a more authentic and meaningful life. I bring rich life experience and training to my practice.
As a therapist, I approach the unfolding therapeutic relationship(s) and the work to be done with my clients, with a 'beginners mind'; open, respectful, non-judgemental and compassionate.
