About me

My practice
I specialise in working with children between 2 -11 years. My qualifications include Child Centred Play Therapy. In play therapy toys are the child's words and play is their language. Play therapy is developmentally appropriate for children as they do not have the words to express their inner worlds and inner struggles. Play therapy helps children make sense of their experiences, develop emotional regulation, and establish a stronger sense of self. I also provide parent/child retaionship therapy.
