About me

My practice
I work in private practice at LifeWell South Wellness Centre. My previous careers in nursing, ministry and community services bring added understanding, knowledge and experience to my counselling practice. I value the uniqueness of each individual and walking alongside people as a catalyst for change to see them fulfil their goals. I enjoy providing a safe place for clients to explore life's challenges (including grief, loss and trauma, as well as anxiety, depression and relationship issues) and develop skills towards living a full and meaningful life. I also have a passion and interest in spirituality and value a holistic approach to life and practice.
