My practice
I am Counsellor with Clinical level membership of PACFA and CCAA and a background in the legal and corporate world. I help adult clients (including professionals, university students) and couples, cope more effectively with life's many challenges in practical and meaningful ways ​with evidence based approaches targeting the full range of issues including dealing with COVID, anxiety, depression, trauma, transitions, grief and loss, procrastination and time management, relationships.
