About me

My practice
I’m a PACFA Registered Clinical Counsellor, with over 20 years’ experience supporting families—particularly when children are struggling with behaviour, emotions, or learning.

As a mother and grandmother, I understand how overwhelming parenting can feel at times…

especially when your child is expressing big emotions, or things just don’t seem to be working the way you hoped.

Like many parents, I’ve had times where I’ve felt unsure, stretched, and searching for answers too.

My work is grounded in the understanding that behaviour is a form of communication.

Rather than seeing behaviour as something to be suppressed or removed, I see it as bringing us a message—something to be explored with curiosity and compassion.

In your session, I draw on a range of approaches, including Process-Oriented Psychology, also known as Processwork.

This approach honours your own unique experience, while also respecting your own pace and unique experience.
