About me

My practice
I’m Lindsay, a qualified counsellor. I am a British and Australian dual citizen and have split my life between the two countries.

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are fundamental to general health, and therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance. Everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life...when accepted and understood and equipped with the right tools, self-understanding and compassion, people not only grow...they thrive!

Prior to counselling, 17 years working internationally in the corporate world, provided me with a very real understanding of the stresses and challenges experienced in the workplace. I currently work with a number of companies in the hospitality industry to support the wellbeing of their staff.

As a qualified yoga teacher in the disciplines of hatha (Level 1, Yoga Australia) and yin (Sarah Powers -Insight Yoga), I really value the mindfulness and breathing techniques and incorporate them into my approach when needed.

I provide discreet, convenient and effective online counselling for a range of mental health issues and difficulties including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, substance misuse and intimacy issues. I specialise in addiction management.
