About me

My practice
I support adults who are going through challenging times or transitions in life. Many of the people I work with are navigating experiences such as stress and anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or difficulties in relationships.
In our sessions, you’ll have a safe, calm space to unpack your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
I’m an integrative counsellor, grounded in a Person-Centred approach. This means I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities so that the work we do together can be shaped around you—your needs, your history, and what feels most helpful.
I’ve also trained in Person-Centred Creative Arts, which allows me to offer both talking therapy and non-verbal, creative ways of exploring what you're going through, if that feels right for you.

To help you get a sense of whether I’m the right fit, I offer a free 15‑minute phone call. It’s an opportunity to ask any questions you have about counselling and to get a feel for how we might work together.
