About me

My practice
I am a psychotherapist and counsellor with 30+ years of experience in the fields of mental health, workplace wellbeing and adult education.
I tailor my approach to provide strategies and practical tools that are relevant to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I have a particular interest in Disordered Eating & Eating Disorders and have completed Gold Certification training with the Australian Centre for Eating Disorders (ACFED).

I enjoy working with clients towards ageing with resilience and also have extensive experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, work-related stress, and grief & loss.

I currently offer online sessions only. This enables me to work with clients across Australia and overseas.
