About me

My practice
I am a qualified and registered counsellor/psychotherapist practising online. I have been working individually and in group settings with clients for over six years. While my experience includes working with a wide range of issues, I have particular experience in the treatment of trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, substance use and eating disorders.

Informed by principles of Self Psychology and Somatic Psychotherapy (see below), my approach is empathic, holistic and nonjudgmental. I have also been trained in other counselling modalities, including acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and motivational interviewing.

I offer private counselling and psychotherapy, EAP services, and Victim Support ACT counselling. I am also a provider for some private health insurers.
