My practice
I’m a trauma-informed AOD clinician, counsellor, and adult educator with over 20 years of experience across health, community, and correctional settings. My work is grounded in empathy, evidence-based care, and a commitment to supporting individuals through complex challenges including substance use, trauma, grief, and mental health.

I hold a Bachelor of Social Science (Counselling) and have recently completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science, with plans to pursue further training toward registration as a psychologist. I am a PACFA Certified Practising Counsellor (Member #30608) and actively engage in ongoing professional development in modalities such as Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment THerapy, Narrative Therapy, CPT for PTSD, Internal Family Systems, and trauma-focused approaches.
