My practice
I offer Neurodiversity-affirming online therapy using Zoom. I provide safe, trauma-informed, integrative, neurodiversity affirming, and client centred care. I identify as AuDHD which gives me lived experience which is useful as I support late discovered neurodivergent individuals through the journey of learning who they are now. It is a journey of grief through acceptance to freedom in feeling seen and having permission to be their true self.
