My practice
Julie has profound respect for the uniqueness and intrinsic worth of each individual and is passionate about providing a safe space to journey with those who are facing the challenges of life and who desire to gain greater insight and understanding so they are able to make empowering choices for their own lives.

She has an integrated holistic approach, which is adapted to the individual client. Julie has a special interest in the areas of relationships (and has completed Gottman Training Levels 1 & 2), couples therapy, trauma, eating issues, identity and body image issues and emotional awareness.
