My practice
Informed by a client centred, strengths based approach, I work with clients seeking to understand their patterns of feeling and responding, especially when navigating life's challenges: loss, parenting, relationships, finding meaning and purpose. Together we work to find compassion for self and a greater ease through a range of therapeutic modalities including Internal Family System (IFS), Schema, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Interpersonal and Mindfulness therapies, amongst others.
