Changing Lives Counselling and Consulting Services understands that everyone has their own story to tell. By building a therapeutic relationship the counsellor can support individuals develop a self-understanding and decisions to make positive change in their lives.

Our Aim is to assist in well-being through personal growth and understanding of obstacles encountered, and life problems. We allow for short and long-term interventions depending on the individual’s requirements.
