My practice
A holistic counsellor who works from a wellness model, Jennifer is a trauma informed therapist working in the Sydney CBD. She works with individuals helping them find purpose and meaning. She also provides counselling for abuse, sexual abuse, and family histories of violence. She works with mindfulness and positive psychology including meditation, somatic work and law of attraction. Jennifer is an Certified EMDR Practitioner (EMDRAA, and EMDRIA)
