My practice
I offer a supportive service which will allow you to find clarity, gain new insight and work through your concerns. I work with both individuals and couples.

I draw on various evidence based counselling models to tailor my approach for each individual person. I work in a trauma-informed manner. A first session can be a great way to meet me and decide whether the way I work is a good fit for you. A phone call, email or text can also provide you with an opportunity to ask any questions about my approach and my experience.
