My practice
Hi, my name is Nicole. I am a trauma specialist Counsellor and Somatic Psychotherapist. I offer therapy to women who are experiencing symptoms of chronic stress and the impacts of trauma.
Some of the approaches I draw from in my practice are somatic experiencing (SE) including somatic touch, attachment theory, psychodynamic, polyvagal and the Inner child journey.
