My practice
I offer person centered counselling support to individuals who are experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. I understand that life can be stressful and my role as a therapist is to help individuals work through their issues in compassionate and caring manner. I specialise in drug and alcohol counselling and can support individuals who are seeking support towards reducing or abstaining from substance use.
