About me

My practice
Are you feeling stuck, disconnected, left behind or unsure about where you fit— in your career, friendships, faith or sense of self? Has this left you struggling with anxiety, disappointment, confusion, discouragement or a lack of motivation?

I provide person-centred, integrative counselling for young adults navigating life’s challenges —whether it's managing the demands of life and Uni, career uncertainty, family expectations or struggling with shifting relationships.

In a warm, faith-sensitive space, I bring curiosity and gentle challenge to help explore questions of identity, purpose, and belonging. Space is given to voice your concerns and hard-to-talk-about doubts; supporting you to reconnect with yourself and your values, and move toward greater clarity, confidence and hope in God’s unfolding plan for your life.

Definitions:
Person-centred counselling means that our work together is grounded in empathy, respect, and understanding. I believe you are the expert in your own life and I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel truly heard. Rather than giving advice, I walk alongside you—helping you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.

Integrative counselling means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, rather than using just one. This allows me to tailor our sessions to suit your unique personality, needs, and goals. Whether it’s exploring your story through reflection, using practical tools for emotional regulation, or engaging with your Christian faith, we work together in a way that aims to feel meaningful and effective for you.

Pre-marriage education is offered, using the Prepare program.
