My practice
Violeta is WorkSafe, Medibank, Bupa, AHM,ARHM Recognised provider of Counselling Services. Violeta has been counselling clients in Australia and overseas for thirty years, providing individual, couple, family and group counselling to clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioural and relationship problems.
Over the years she has been exposed to many psychological theories and various models of psychotherapy. She is trained in Process-Experiential Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Couples Therapy (Integrated Psychodynamic, Systemic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Person Centred Therapy, Exposure Therapy and Internal Family System Therapy. These therapies may be helpful for anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, trauma, grief, anger, addictions, low self-esteem or life transitions.
Violeta provides psychotherapy and couples therapy and supervision in English, Macedonian, Serbian, Croatian. and Bosnian.
