Clinical PACFA members have met the education standards above and have accrued a minimum of 750 client contact hours, including 75 hours of supervision.

My practice
A fully qualified Clinical Counsellor, Lynda has extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, young adults, families and parents.

Drawing on a range of counselling modalities, Lynda takes a highly individualised approach. Her counselling and therapy is tailored to the person’s personality, interests and life stage, in a way that is appropriate to what may be troubling them.

She provides a safe, encouraging nurturing space for you to explore what’s happening in your life and how to move forward in a way that works best for you.

Problems and the pathways to positive change may be explored through talking, drawing, writing, mind-mapping and body awareness. Along the way there is warmth and understanding, and usually some light-hearted moments, encouraged by Lynda’s gentle sense of humour.

Counselling appointments can be In-person in Elwood, or Online.

TUES: 8.30am - 6.30pm. WED: 4.00pm - 7.00pm. THURS: 4.00pm - 7.00pm. SAT: 8.30am - 1.00pm.
