My practice
Puzzle Piece Therapeutic Consultancy - I support individuals who have experienced physical, emotional, psychological, systemic, generational, cultural, financial and sexual abuse, as well as individuals who are experiencing mental health concerns. Using a holistic and strength based approach when supporting individuals along their recovery journey and draws from a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR at an Advanced Training level), person-centred therapy, solutions-focused therapy, polyvagal theory and cognitive behavioural therapy
