About me

My practice
I providing individual counselling to women. I offer deep listening and thoughtful collaboration to help you bring clarity and insight to the things in your life that you would like to change.
Counselling allows you to explore your emotions, thoughts and behaviour and assists you to become more aware of yourself, your values and what motivates you.
I strive to bear witness to your experiences, see the world through your eyes, and help you move toward being the person you want to be. I work with the day to day challenges of bringing optimal functioning, wellness and wisdom to your life, as well as with crises, disruptions, and transitions.
My approach to counselling is collaborative and flexible. I use different counselling approaches which enables me to tailor the counselling experience for the individual to best meet your needs. While my primary orientation is person-centred, I am also comfortable working in a more structured way to address immediate and specific goals. I can also incorporate creative art therapies into individual counselling sessions. I am also conversant with mindfulness-based approaches to healing. I offer group mindfulness practice using creative arts.
My services include individual counselling for women, creative art wellbeing workshops.
Have a counselling room in Ipswich. I offer outdoor sessions in various locations around Ipswich. You can also access my online and phone counselling from anywhere in Australia.
