About me

My practice
As a qualified therapist with a Masters of Counselling I implement creative and sensory materials and play therapy. These are utilised to facilitate self-understanding for children and adolescents and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings and behaviour towards life situations. Therapy provides the opportunity for children to show how they feel about themselves, others and significant life events, opening the door to healing and change.
