About me

My practice
In private practice since 2010 Kristy has worked with individuals and couples to overcome a variety of challenges utilising effective modalities such as Family Systems Therapy (FST) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Kristy was inspired to become a therapist after receiving her own counselling which set her life on a course for connection and personal fulfilment. She knows first hand the rewards of owning her story and braving the process of change.

Kristy has experience working with depression, anxiety, abuse recovery, addiction, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, navigating life transitions, chronic health issues and self esteem.
