My practice
Life can be difficult, but we often make it harder by adding stressful thoughts that lead to anxiety, shame, indecision, perfectionism, and ultimately exhaustion. We start to break free when we notice how much we are suffering and investigate those thoughts with self-kindness and curiosity.
