About me

My practice
I understand the courage it takes to enter into counselling, to
share your inner most feelings, fears and lived experiences. I take my role as a counsellor seriously and have great respect for those who take the steps necessary to enable change. I support my client/s whilst they discover change is possible. Change begins by unpacking the difficulties, learning new skills and taking small steps. Regaining personal power provides the strength to move towards living a fulfilling life.

I am happy to speak with potential clients to answer their enquiries.

I see children, individuals, couples and families. I am also an approved Victims Services Counsellor for adults and children + a Victims Services Counsellor for victims who have lost family members to homicide.

Services available: Face to face counselling, Zoom online sessions, phone counselling (can feel more comfortable if not wanting to do face to face, or unable to attend in person).
