About me

My practice
Helen is a Clinical Counsellor. She is married and has a background in education, mentoring and community groups. Her past includes; secondary teaching, mentoring young adults/young mums, raising 4 children and living overseas.

Helen works with Couples and Individuals to assist them to better manage the stuff of life. She enables couples to either joyfully tweak healthy relationships and/or help couples address any disconnection and to deal with conflict in a compassionate and healthy way. She empowers anxious clients to face their fear and to accept uncertainty as part of life. She warmly encourages others to deal with issues of self worth, direction or identity to help develop confidence and regain a secure sense of self.
