About me

My practice
I offer a calm and supportive space where you can feel safe, seen, and heard. I provide counselling in person at Manly West and Mansfield, as well as online via Zoom. My approach is person centred and trauma informed, recognising you as the expert in your own life and working with genuine care and respect.

With over 10 years’ counselling experience, including a decade as a school counsellor, I now work in private practice with young adults and adults. I support clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, the effects of trauma, relationship challenges, and navigating significant life changes.

It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they explore what matters most and take steps toward healing and growth.
