My approach is inclusive, trauma-informed, and affirming, with a focus on Gestalt therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and mindfulness. I have a particular passion for supporting the LGBTQ+ community, those experiencing relationship challenges, and people drawn to holistic, experiential approaches to healing. Together, we can work towards greater clarity, confidence, and connection in your life and relationships.
