My practice
Individual & Couples Counselling -
I provide support for anxiety, depression, stress (personal & workplace), trauma, pregnancy & parenting, self esteem difficulties.
I support couples with a range of issues including conflict resolution, recovering from infidelity and strengthening emotional connection using the evidence-based Gottman Method (Level 2 certified). I also have experience working as a school counsellor and can provide support in the area of youth mental health.
