About me

My practice
I'm a warm, creative, energetic therapist with deep clinical experience with adolescents and LGBTQIA+ clients. The foundation of my approach is using a biopsychosocial lens to collaborate with each individual client. Having studied a number of different modalities, allows me to draw upon what is most fitting at any given time to adapt to a person's needs.
I am also certified as a supervisor and can facilitate both individual and group sessions.
