About me

My practice
As an Clinical Counsellor and Supervisor, I provide online therapy using trauma-informed approaches and specialised EMDR techniques. I understand how stress, anxiety, and trauma can deeply affect your sense of self and your closest relationships. In our sessions, we'll create meaningful wellness goals that help you reclaim control, find emotional freedom, and rebuild important connections. My practice offers a safe space where your experiences are honoured and your healing journey is supported with expertise and genuine care.
I draw upon a variety of proven therapeutic methods; each carefully chosen to match your unique needs and support your healing journey. The therapeutic approaches applied include processing trauma through specialised techniques like Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR), which help rewire neural pathways and transform painful experiences. These are complemented by approaches that help you process emotions and build stronger relationships like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), enhance your natural strengths while developing healthier thought patterns using Strength-based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (ST-CBT), and learn valuable skills for managing emotions and stress with Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Our practice also incorporates self-compassion and mindfulness practices to help you cultivate present-moment awareness and develop a kinder relationship with yourself.

I also offer Supervision to counsellors who have completed their Masters or Bachelor Degrees in Counselling. Professional supervision is essential for maintaining clinical excellence and preventing burnout in the demanding field of mental health. Our PACFA-accredited supervision services provide comprehensive guidance for counsellors registered with PACFA or ACA, seeking to enhance their clinical practice and build thriving careers.
