My practice
I provide trauma-informed short-term counselling and long-term psychotherapy to women, using the social determinants of health model and strengths-based framework. I have experience with complex childhood and attachment trauma, domestic family violence, sexual assault, PTSD, anxiety & depression, personality disorders, eating disorders, grief and loss, CALD populations, addiction, parenting, relationship issues and workplace issues.
