About me

My practice
I became a counsellor to make a difference. I have worked with clients from all cultures, backgrounds and identities to help improve their lives.

In my experience every person and their challenges are unique. Depending on your needs we can work together on solutions for specific problems, strategies to help mange long-term difficulties, or simply discuss the ups and downs of life in a safe environment.

I am passionate about helping all members of our community find a way through challenging issues, or times, in their lives.

The areas I focus on and the methods I use are listed below, and you can also learn more about me at my website.
