About me

My practice
I am a Gestalt therapist and Kundalini yoga teacher trainer. I also work online along with in person one on one session on the Central Coast. I have experience in drug and alcohol rehabilitation, trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, LGBTQ and relationship issues. I’ve worked within the private mental health hospital system, rehab centre, and private practice both with groups and individuals.


For over fifteen years I have been working as a kundalini yoga teacher/ trainer. I find the fundamentals of Kundalini, such as breathing techniques and meditation, powerful tools for transformation that work well with gestalt therapy. Together they create an opportunity for deep healing and reconnection to one's creative potential and true spirit to find that peace within.
