About me

My practice
I support people wanting to recover from the impacts of trauma. If you find yourself repeating patterns, trying what you think is something new but always ending up in the same place, your body might be attempting to heal from trauma.
By bringing cognitive awareness and emotional regulation to the somatic process, you can change the relationship with self and others.
I offer in-person sessions in Glebe and telehealth sessions.
Practice opening hours
In person sessions are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays (including some late evening times). Telehealth sessions are available on Tuesdays.
