My practice
I offer adult individual counselling, both in-person and via telehealth. Using a person-centred approach, I tailor my counselling to the individual client's needs and include modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, grounding, solution-focussed therapy, and narrative therapy. Building self-awareness can greatly empower you to feel confident in working towards your goals of emotional wellbeing, and I am passionate about uncovering my client's strengths and potential.
