About me

My practice
I completed my Masters degree in Counselling at The University of Notre Dame, Australia and I also have a Bachelors degree in Arts (double major in Education and Psychological Studies) from Western Sydney University.

I describe myself as someone who is cooperative, empathetic and non-judgmental. Similarly, in the counselling context, I primarily use a person-centred approach to encourage people to express their concerns and emotions, and help them make positive changes in their lives.
