I provide EMDR Therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy for adults. I welcome diverse clients and can tailor an approach to help you. I also work with couples. Informed by somatic, narrative, mindfulness and meditation. LGBTQ+ friendly, trauma-informed, socially aware. Masters in Counselling & Psychotherapy, Bachelor in Psychology & Philosophy, Grad. Cert.
