I am a Clinical Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience in both individual and Couples Counselling.
I provide a safe, supportive and confidential environment to promote healing transformation and personal empowerment.
I can help guide you to form better relationships with yourself and others, achieving new skills in communication, emotional and sexual intimacy, resolving trauma, stress, anxiety and depression, recovery from grief and loss and healing limiting emotional patterns.
I am passionate about helping clients to achieve meaningful personal growth and well being and for couples to resolve their differences in ways that enhance deeper connection, intimacy and love.
