About me

My practice
Welcome to Fields of Hope Counselling - a telehealth counselling and supervision practice. At Fields of Hope Counselling, we believe in the power of restoration, resilience, and hope. Whether you're navigating life transitions, wrestling with anxiety or depression, or seeking greater clarity in your relationships or identity, you are welcome here. This is a space where your story matters, and healing is possible.

Hi, I'm Delaney – a Registered Counsellor and ACA-Accredited Supervisor. I bring a compassionate, client-centred approach to the counselling space, working with people from diverse backgrounds as they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and life transitions.

With experience across both private practice and national mental health services, I offer clients an integrative framework that includes Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative, and Solution-Focused approaches. My practice is informed by a deep appreciation for Family Systems theory and the meaningful integration of faith and psychology.

I tailor my approach to meet each person where they are. Whether we’re exploring painful experiences, finding meaning in transitions, or unpacking your personal story, our work together is rooted in respect, empathy, and collaboration. I provide short- and long-term support for individuals and couples, and have a particular heart for working with those from Asian backgrounds, and those navigating the intersection of spirituality and mental health.

As an ACA-Accredited Supervisor, I support counsellors and students at all stages of their professional journey. I provide a reflective and grounded space where we explore casework, self-care, professional identity, and cultural competency. My supervision style is relational, encouraging, and shaped by a strong foundation in ethical and practical clinical insight.

I currently offer both individual and monthly group supervisions for counsellors. Please reach out via email for more information.
