About me

My practice
Suzanne offers Somatic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic IFS, Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT), and Person-Centred Psychotherapy in the Dandenong Ranges near Melbourne, Victoria, and online via Telehealth.

Suzanne works with adults navigating a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma and complex trauma (CPTSD), grief and loss, relationship and communication difficulties, major life transitions, self-esteem challenges, work-related stress, suicidal ideation, self-harm, eating distress, addiction, minority and migrant stress, and the impacts of abuse and adverse life experiences.

At the heart of Suzanne's work is a belief in each person's innate capacity for healing and growth. She offers a compassionate, collaborative, and deeply respectful therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences at a pace that feels right for them. Her approach recognises the interconnected nature of mind, body, emotions, relationships, and lived experience.

Drawing from Somatic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic IFS, Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT), and Person-Centred approaches, Suzanne supports clients to develop greater self-understanding, reconnect with their inner resources, and work through patterns that may no longer serve them. Her work is particularly informed by an appreciation of how trauma, stress, and life experiences can be held within both the body and the nervous system.

Suzanne also offers harm reduction-informed support for individuals who are considering, currently engaging with, or integrating psychedelic-assisted therapy and non-ordinary state experiences. She provides preparation and integration support, helping clients approach these experiences with greater awareness, safety, and intention, and assisting them to make meaning of what emerges afterwards. Suzanne does not provide psychedelic substances or facilitate psychedelic sessions.

Whether you are seeking support for a specific challenge or are drawn to a deeper process of self-exploration and healing, Suzanne aims to offer a warm, grounded, and non-judgemental space where all parts of your experience are welcome.

Available in-person in the Dandenong Ranges and online throughout Australia.
