Cheryl is a generalist counsellor with a particular interest in adults experiences. Using multimodal techniques Cheryl offers the opportunity for change within a compassionate and intelligent framework. She has lived experience of inter & intra cultural dynamics, and rural life. As a former dancer, Cheryl is open to exploring creative expression as part of meaning making and change.
