My practice
I am a psychotherapist trained in Gestalt and Somatic Experiencing working in private practice. If you are experiencing a difficulty in your life, relationships or have a previous trauma that is preventing you living the life you want to live then please reach out. A special part of my practice is dedicated to the emotional regulation aspects of ADHD by integrating body (or soma) mind and the nervous system to improve executive function.
