My practice
Macedon Ranges Counselling is situated in a private garden room, close to the heart of Macedon in Central Victoria.

We provide general counselling and psychotherapy for issues such as grief and loss, life transitions, depression, anxiety, family and relationship challenges, and emotional and psychological overwhelm.

We offer a safe, respectful, non-judgemental approach in which to explore, express, and heal. We work with clients using a range of skills and modalities best suited to your needs. We use a trauma informed, person-centred and evidence-based approach, integrating elements of ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Gestalt, Existential Therapy, Mindfulness training, and various creative and therapeutic processes and exercises.
