My practice
I am mental health clinician/ psychotherapist with more than a decade of experience helping people with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance abuse, anger management, etc.. I also specialize in working with competitors, performers and public speakers in building confidence and mental focus. I've done extensive work with adolescents as well as LGBTQIA+, couples and families.
