About me

My practice
Are you navigating a health diagnosis, struggling with anxiety or depression, or finding yourself overwhelmed by life’s changes? You don’t have to face it alone.
I’m a therapist with experience working across NSW Health and private practice, supporting both individuals and groups through some of life’s most challenging moments. As an Associate Member of Cancer Counselling Professionals Inc., I have a particular focus on supporting people through cancer diagnosis and treatment — a journey that can affect every part of life, from your emotions and relationships to your sense of self.
I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centred approaches — adapting my style to what works best for you, rather than a one-size-fits-all method. My aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can make sense of what you’re experiencing and find your way forward, at your own pace.
